THE TEACHERS ONLY TAUGHT ME ONE THING….
Do
you remember when you was a child,
And
you had a home where you could go!
And
you never had to fear what was out there,
In
a World where you could roam!
But
the fear that was brought out inside of you,
Is
when you did go home!
And
your mom would whip the whole outside of you,
Where
you feared to ever go home!
But
the ones who have been abused while they were a
child,
The
ones who were abused while they lived at home!
You
had nowhere to run to,
When
the fear was brought into your home!
But
the fear that still does live inside of you,
While
you live on the streets without a home to go!
You
find that same fear that is inside of you,
While
you have nowhere to go!
But
as I hear those words cry out from inside of me,
I
do have a place to go!
For
I did not let that abuse get a hold of me,
Where
I did not have a place to go!
For
I did not fear the woman who abused me,
I
do not fear where I do go!
For
I do not fear the ones who want to control me,
Telling
me where I can not go!
For
the governments have even abused me,
While
I was taken from my home!
And
when I was a child and growing up,
I
had no home to go!
For
the schools that I was forced to go into to,
The
teachers were just like my mom at home!
And
the teachers whipped me like no other child,
For
I had a body that was just like stone!
For
I did not want to learn what the teachers were
teaching me,
Just
like what my mom taught at home!
For
I did not want to listen to any teacher,
Just
like how I did not what to listen what was told
at home!
For
I knew if I grew up like my teachers,
I
knew if I grew up like my mom at home!
I
knew I would even one day abuse my own children,
And
whip them with a stone!
But
I never feared my teachers,
I
never feared to go home!
For
I was the one who was teaching my teachers,
I
was the one who taught my mom!
For
the abuse that came from my teachers,
The
abuse that came from my mom!
They
only taught me to never fear any human,
They
only taught me to never fear my only God….
