PORCUPINE POEM

THE
PORCUPINE
Pull
out your porcupine skin,
And
show the World who you are!
For
you want to show the World,
Who
you really are!
And
once your porcupine skin,
Is
shown throughout in life!
No
one wants to mess around with a porcupine,
Who
wants to fight in life!
You
have no porcupine quills,
To
save you in your life!
You
have no porcupine quills,
So
that others will stay away from you in life!
You
have no porcupine quills,
To
save you from what is to come in life!
You
have no porcupine quills,
So
what are do you do in life?
For
words are more important,
This
is what will save your life!
For
you need to learn about others,
And
how others want to control your life!
But
as each other confronts each other,
There
seems to always be a fight!
For
we are like not others,
Who
have quills to save their lives!
But
as we fight each other,
We
will see the ones who will die!
And
as we fight each other,
None
of us are right!
And
as we fight each other,
We
have no quills to protect our lives!
As
we fight with each other,
One
of us is going to die!
So
let us not fight with each other,
But
try to save each other’s lives!
For
if we fight not with each other,
One
day we will have a chance to save a life!
And
if we not fight with each other,
One
day we could save a life!
From
fighting upon each other,
For
knowing one will die!
But
let the porcupines fight each other,
For
not one will ever die!
For
they have no guns to hide and to cover,
To
protect them in their lives!
But
if one wants to carry a weapon,
When
they go out each night!
They
know they will not be dying,
And
it is from a person with a knife!
Now
the story that was given,
Was
how to fight for your life!
You
have no quills for your weapons,
To
protect you throughout your life!
And
if one was to carry a weapon,
Which
could save their life!
No
quills will be given,
To
the one who will not survive….
